Find your course
Choosing the right training course is vital in your personal and professional development. Whether you're looking to upskill, switch careers, or simply explore a new industry, finding the correct course is crucial. But with countless options available, how do you ensure you're making the best choice?
Here are some key considerations:  Identify Your Goals: Start by understanding what you want to achieve. Are you aiming for certification, practical skills, or foundational knowledge? By looking through each course's individual units, you will be able to find out what each course entails and whether this matches up with what you are looking to achieve.
Explore Course Options: We offer a curated selection of courses across various fields, from electrical to the fire industry.
Evaluate Course brochure: We provide a course brochure for each of our courses. This brochure provides you with what the course entails, industry knowledge, and what you will be qualified for. Match Your Learning Style: Whether you prefer face-to-face learning with practical components or a more self-passed online course, or if you have location restrictions, Axiom is here to help you find courses that suit your learning preferences.
Consider Time and Budget: Balance your ambitions with your schedule and financial considerations to find a course that fits your life. Before our students are enrolled, Axiom Compliance provides a pre-course interview; this will allow us to know if you have chosen the right course for what you want to achieve.
Check your requirements: Before selecting a training course, it's crucial to check the specific government requirements relevant to what you want to be qualified in. Some qualifications have prerequisites, meaning that you may need to complete specific accredited courses or obtain certifications recognized by government bodies to work in that area legally. Requirements can vary significantly by location, so what's accepted in one state might not be in another.
Research your requirements: Research your chosen qualification's licensing or certification requirements to ensure you meet all the criteria. This information is often available on government websites, but contacting your local government body is also a good idea. They can provide the most up-to-date information and clarify questions about which courses are approved or what additional steps you need. This direct communication helps avoid costly mistakes, ensuring that the training you invest in aligns with official standards and supports your career goals.  Check funding: When planning to enrol in a training course, exploring the available funding options is essential. Many government bodies offer financial assistance, grants, or subsidies to help cover the cost of education and training, particularly for courses that lead to in-demand jobs or critical skills areas.
Remember to check whether your chosen course qualifies for these funding options. Axiom compliance is accredited by state government agencies. For you to receive financial support, please see our website for more information or contact our team.  Online vs. face-to-face  Axiom compliance offers three modes of training:
Face-to-face: Face-to-face is recemented, and above all, it offers the best opportunity for the student to engage within the work whilst being surrounded by industry experts in a classroom; it also provides the opportunity to work on industry-specific equipment as part of the learning experience. Face-to-face training is provided in whole working day blocks, allowing our students the optimum time to complete the training at a manageable pace.   Online: This training mode is for our students who cannot attend our facilities or for smaller courses. It is provided via Zoom with a trainer and other students; it lasts for whole working day blocks with breaks.
Offsite face-to-face: This is an excellent option for companies that need a class of employees needing to be trained (minimum six). This allows the trainer to come to you and is a great opportunity if students need to be trained on industry-specific equipment or if you are located in a rural area.  Become aware of the requirements, homework : As part of your course, you'll need to know each course's homework requirements. This may include completing offsite worklogs and homework within the given timeframe. These worklogs, document practical tasks you perform outside the course and must be submitted to our trainers for assessment.
Additionally, you'll be required to complete quizzes and assignments on our e-learning platform. These are crucial for tracking your progress and contributing to your final assessment.
Each course will be different. To best judge the workload, please look at the duration of the course. The duration of Each course has been carefully curated for the average student to complete their tasks within a manageable time frame that takes into account students' work-life balance   Wording for application for enrolment
Once you have decided on the best course that suits your goal, it's time to Enrol!
Meaning for "Application for Enrolment" is the first step to your enrolment with Axiom; once you have submitted your application by following the enrolment form, our team will contact you for a pre-course interview. This is a phone call by our experienced team, who will give the final check that what you are enrolling in is the best course for you. They will also collect some information from you to best assist with the completion of your enrolment; please note that after this interview, an invoice will be issued as well as a confirmation of enrollment; this invoice will need to be paid before the course start date.
Meaning of Enquire, our more extensive courses may need you to send an enquiry through. Once our team receives that you will receive a pre-course interview, this will involve gathering some more information about what you want to achieve and a training plan will be issued. This will involve all the courses you will need to complete to gain your qualification, alongside an invoice for the total amount and the best dates that suit your training needs; please note these dates can be changed. Contact our team, and we will send them a revised training plan.
Funded: For students who meet the requirements for funding, this will be done through the pre-course interview to start the funded application
Your course will have an enquiry form for apprentices/trainees. Submitting an enquiry means that our team can get in touch with you to guide you through the enrolment process. Check your emails to stay up to date with the progress of your enquiry.  Once you click the application for enrollment, you will be directed to the next available training dates. This is when you can see what dates your course runs on as well as the training type, online or face-to-face. Please take note of the course name, location, date, and cost once you have decided what one best suits you; clicking on that will take you to the enrollment form.
Embark on your learning journey with confidence, knowing that you're on the path to success with a course tailored to your needs. Let us help you find the right training course today!
