Axiom supports employers

Axiom supports employers by providing, on request, video tutorials for an allocated in-house workplace support person. These tutorials are supported by an induction to Axiom’s systems, ensuring the employer understands how the platform operates and how to assist employees undertaking training.
The employer induction and video tutorials provide guidance on:
How to navigate Axiom’s eLearning platform How employees access learning and assessment materials How to view and understand learner progress and engagement reports (where the employee has provided consent) How employees access Axiom student support sessions (including Zoom support and scheduled support days) Workplace tasks required for assessment and how these are submitted Understanding workplace tasks and how workdays may need to be scheduled to allow employees access to required equipment, tools and workplace conditions to complete tasks How to contact the employee’s trainer How to access the Student Handbook to understand the student’s rights and responsibilities How to navigate Axiom Compliance Learnings website.
This enables the employer to provide practical, day-to-day support to the employee by assisting with platform navigation, planning workplace activities, and supporting engagement with training and assessment requirements.
Through this structured support, employers are better able to:
Support scheduling and workforce participationReinforce engagement with Axiom’s learning and assessment activitiesProvide appropriate workplace context, equipment and operational supportIdentify experienced personnel who may contribute subject-matter expertise under Axiom’s direction This model ensures the employee receives support from both Axiom and the workplace.
Please note that employers are not provided access to the employee’s eLearning account. Video tutorials are provided to develop an understanding of Axiom’s systems, enabling employers to assist employees with general navigation and system and to understand how progress updates may be shared where the employee has chosen to, ensuring student confidentiality and privacy are maintained.
