Reading Writing Hotline
The Reading Writing Hotline is a free and confidential service that helps adults who want support with reading, writing, maths or English skills.
If you’re feeling unsure about your literacy, numeracy or language skills, or you’re not sure where to go for help, the hotline can point you in the right direction and talk through your options.
The hotline can help you with:
-Finding reading, writing and maths classes near you, online or by distance -Getting support to improve your English language skills -Learning about free or government-funded programs that support literacy, numeracy and digital skills -Accessing English language programs for migrants and new Australians -Finding helpful learning resources to build confidence and skills -Understanding workplace literacy and numeracy support options -You don’t need to know exactly what support you need the hotline staff will listen and help you work it out.
