STUDENTS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At Axiom Compliance Learning, we value a positive and respectful learning environment. All students are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a productive and enriching training experience while also being aware of their rights.
Arrival and Preparation Punctuality: Arrive at the scheduled training at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Preparation: Access and complete all pre-training activities before attending the session. Engagement and Participation Positive Contribution: Engage positively, regardless of gender, race, sexual preference, political affiliation, marital status, disability, or religious belief. Active Participation: Ask and answer questions, take initiative, and participate actively in all learning activities. Academic Engagement: Fully engage academically to maximize learning opportunities. Assessments: Complete all in-class assessments and post-training "on-the-job" assessments. Conduct and Respect Honesty and Respect: Be honest and respectful, ensuring that all work and information provided is genuine. Conduct: Behave in a manner that prevents injury or offence to others. Respect for Others: Respect fellow students, Axiom Compliance Learning staff, and their right to privacy and confidentiality. Facility Use: Use Axiom Compliance Learning facilities respectfully and in accordance with the rules and regulations. Responsibility and Ownership Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress by observing assessment deadlines. Community Membership: Act as a responsible member of the learning community, taking ownership of actions that contribute to a safe and positive learning environment. Certificate Submission: Ensure all previous certificates are provided if requesting credit transfer. Compliance: Comply with all rules and regulations of Axiom Compliance Learning. Respect for Intellectual Property: We must respect and honour our copyrights and ensure that our publications are not distributed to unauthorized persons. Student Rights Fair Treatment: Be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect by peers and staff. Equal Opportunity: Access to learning opportunities without discrimination based on gender, race, sexual preference, political affiliation, marital status, disability, or religious belief. Support Services: Access to support services that aid in academic and personal development. Feedback and Grievances: Provide feedback and have grievances heard and addressed in a timely and fair manner. Privacy and Confidentiality: Assurance of privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Safe Learning Environment: A learning environment that is safe, supportive, and conducive to learning. By adhering to these guidelines and understanding their rights, students help create a supportive and effective learning environment for everyone involved.
