The focus is on the water-based units for the FPAS Qualified Accreditation test and inspection categories 1. Fire Sprinkler Systems, 2. Fire Pumpsets 3. Fire Hydrants Systems and Fire Safety Assessors measures for Automatic fire suppression systems, Hydrants systems and Wall wetting. This means you'll be equipped with the skills you need to excel in your role, giving you the confidence to handle any situation in your field.
Practical TasksIt's about developing practical hands-on competencies that directly apply to your work and completing most tasks required by the training package in the Face-to-face course. Inspections include single and double interlock pre-action valves, an operational deluge system, a combined sprinkler hydrant system, and a domestic system, all powered by electrical and diesel pump sets supplied by the latest technology industry-approved storage tank.
Individual Customization: Practical tasks will be tailored individually based on the specific equipment available in the student's workplace, especially for tasks requiring specialized equipment not commonly found.
Structured Learning: The training is structured logically to enable a step-by-step learning process, with activities clearly presented and directly linked to the course and industry information.

The training and assessment rules for nationally recognised units/qualifications are available on training.gov.au. All registered training organisations develop their own training and assessment materials, which must meet these rules.
